The breakfast was great, but the coffee machine was broken and we were charged for the coffees. Nobody told us we would be charged for the coffees. Location was handy to public transport.

We didn't like getting charged for the coffees when your coffee machine was broken and being charged for a complimentary bottle if white wine for my partner's 60th birthday, when we were told by staff that it was on them. Why charge $70.70 for coffees and white wine?

Staff were great, location good, food excellent (but) and fabulous views from restaurant.

Both the rooftop bar and restaurant were a little too small to accommodate guests in a hotel that size. Food was excellent but somewhat over priced and why why was did you have to use a coffee machine at breakfast in a 5 star hotel!!
