El hotel muy limpio, su alberca todo muy bien! Solo el estacionamiento debería haber alguien que ordene cómo deben estacionarse los autos ya que el espacio es pequeño para ello; la dueña excelente persona felicidades

La habitación es amplia, funcional, limpia y cómodas y resistentes las camas... El estacionamiento es muy pequeño, pero hay convenios con algunos negocios vecinos y puede uno dejar su auto sin problema... Muy atento el personal.

"PÉSIMO SERVICIO NO SERVIA EL A/A "

Mucho tiempo para hacer el check in, solo una persona atendiendo y tardaba demasiado.Llegó una oreja antes que nosotros y después de tardar dejó sola la recepción para entregar habitación y tardo otro tiempo considerable. Finalmente, el *aire acondicionado* de la habitación no servía, un ventilador de piso tendría aire más fresco, esto en Merida es imperdonable. En fin, terrible experiencia.

Buena atención del personal de recepción. El desayuno es bastante limitado. El servicio de limpieza de cuartos es bueno pero había basura debajo de las camas e incluso zapatos de huéspedes anteriores.
