Tropic Bacalar

Las vistas desde la habitación a la laguna eran increíbles! Ambiente rural, buenas instalaciones y relax máximo. La bienvenida en recepción fue fantástica y nos ayudaron con las excursiones. Parking a la puerta.

La alcachofa de la ducha no iba muy bien y la recepcionista de la mañana no nos pareció muy amable.

Nos dejaron estar en sus instalaciones con vistas a la laguna que son increíbles antes del check in y una vez que dejamos la habitación también. Muy amable la chica que nos atendió.

Nada reseñable.

El lugar bonito, lo único malo fue que no aceptaron pago con tarjeta, entonces tuvimos que ir a buscar un cajero hasta el centro y ya teníamos poco tiempo para llegar el aeropuerto). Deberían tener terminales de repuesto en caso de estas emergencias o poder pagar desde la app

Tropic is very tranquil and has a beautiful view of the lagoon. I loved the lagoon view from our room and the hammock on the balcony. We enjoyed hanging out on the lawn and could always find some shade to sit under. It was nice that they had a bar to sell drinks from 11-7. The room was clean and comfortable, but I had to ask for an extra pillow (which they provided). Breakfast is simple with toast, yogurt, fruit, and granola, but it was nice to have.

The lagoon is not very shallow off the deck so it wasn’t very easy for swimming and the shallow parts have a slimy/mushy floor. We ended up going to a nearby beach club with a pool to enjoy time in the water.

Excelente estadía, los cuartos limpios y con todo lo necesario para descansar. La vista es hermosa, el personal muy amable. La profundidad de la laguna en esa zona puede ser un detalle a considerar si no sabes nadar.

Great property right in front of the lake . Nice stag and very helpful to coordinate tours . Guadalupe and Raul are great for anything you need .
