ディナーでノドリさんに伺いました。料理もサービスも接客もとても良かったです。

接客が、ホテルの宿泊代と見合っていませんでした。チェックイン時に従業員とフランクに電話対応をしていたり、ホテルのBGMにガンガン、ラッパーの音楽が流れていたりしました。また、朝食時の接客の仕方も無愛想で、明らかに眠そうに気だるそうに対応されていました。（二日酔いのような顔でした）高い値段を払って宿泊したので、気を使った接客をして欲しかったです。値段が安ければここまで言っていないと思います。残念でした。もう行かないと思います。

早餐有日式與西式兩種選擇，都很好吃。位置很好，距離琉百貨國際通都很近，慢慢逛過去很舒服。

地板的榻榻米有點偏硬，建議鋪地板的棉被可以厚一點

赤ちゃん連れだったのですが、ベッドについてしか事前にお願いしていなかったのに関わらず、ベビー用ボディソープやおむつ捨て箱を用意していて下さり、大変助かりました！ありがとうございました。

室内履きに下駄が置かれているが、靴下だと履きにくかったです。

De kamer was heel mooi/comfortabel,Japanse stijl, minimalistisch. Leuke lokatie, goede restaurants in de buurt. Niet ver van vliegveld en/of haven.

Er was weinig tot geen contact met de eigenaren/ beheerders, terwijl dat in een Ryokan ook één vd leuke aspecten is. In de kamer wel een waterkoker, maar geen theezakjes bv. Het ontbijt stelde o.i. niet veel voor, de avond van te voren in de koelkast gezet en opgewarmd of neergezet. Niets vers. Wederom geen thee. Moesten ook naar ander gebouw (wel voor het Amerikaans ontbijt. Kan veel beter! Jammer
