ホテル専用駐車場は少し料金が高いと感じました。 ・宿泊者にはサウナ利用割引などあったらより良いなと思いました。

"Well located hotel, lacking warmth and concern for customers."

Near to the Kokusai dori and city centre.

Staff lacks urgency and customer care. 3 different staff over 3 mornings/nights didnt seem to be able to help us get / confirm cabs. Nevertheless, only on the morning of departure, 4 taxis just appeared.
