The house was amazing. Great location in a great neighborhood. Amenities were great as well. We have been traveling to different places on this trip and you were the first to provide amazing toiletries, coffee, tea and full cooking utensils with some herbs, spices, oil, paper towels, etc. It was like being at a true home. I recommend you to anyone who is looking to stay in Kyoto!

"Charming Kyoto stay"

Lovely traditional style house in a beautiful location, 20 m from the river. Well appointed, tastefully done to maintain traditional feel. Enough space for a family of four with the two upstairs bedrooms. Loved soaking in the bath looking out at the hidden garden. Highly recommended stay.

A number of lovely cafes and quirky bars close by but not as many eateries as other parts of Kyoto close by. Fine if you are prepared to walk a bit.
