Casablanca Apart Hotel

Really comfortable and spacious apartment, aircon was amazing in the summer heat and secure parking. All staff were very helpful and friendly. They made us and our dog feel welcome. Little touches like bottles of water each day and quiet neighbourhood. Easy access to yandex food, scooters and taxis.

Nothing, everything is great.

직원들이 친절하고 필요한 일들을 잘 처리해 주었습니다. 아침 조식도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 시큐리티가 잘 되어 있어 안전합니다. 위치가 깨끗하고 조용한 동네여서 편안합니다.

단체 손님을 위해 조식준비를 1인 요리사 혼자서 하고 방마다 배달하려니 시간이 좀 많이 걸렸습니다. 저희 팀이 계획한 시간보다 좀 지체되는 상황이 발생했습니다. 이 점은 개선되면 좋겠습니다.

The apartment is located at secure and safe place. Parking is inside the compound. Breakfast is good and served at the apartment.

No service to help carrying the luggage. Location needs some guidance to find.

Просторные чистые комнаты со свежим ремонтом. Полотенца и спальные принадлежности чистые. Никаких проблем с гостями и посиделками (мы не шумели).

Мало столовых приборов. Приходилось закупать одноразовые тарелки и стаканы.

‏The location was convenient and the apartment itself was clean and spacious.

Unfortunately, the property required us to pay a deposit which was not mentioned in the Booking.com reservation. When I raised this with the staff, they said they would check with the manager but then refused to cooperate and even suggested we cancel the booking. We had just arrived from a long trip at midnight, tired and with no option to change hotels. Additionally, for a 4-star hotel, there was no luggage service or staff to help carry bags—only one receptionist was working. They also didn’t provide basic support for international guests. For example, my phone charger requires a three-pin plug, but the hotel only had two-pin sockets and didn’t even have a simple adapter available. It’s surprising that a 4-star property lacks such basic services.
