أنا اقمت في هذه الشقة لمده 11 يوم وبصراحة كانت الشقة جداً نظيفه ومرتبة كأني انا أول ساكن لها ويتوفر فيها كل المتطلبات اللي تحتاجها من أدوات طبخ وغسيل وشطاف في الحمامات واجهزة تكييف في الصالة وكل الغرف والمكان كان هادئ جداً وتقع الشقة في منطقة بين المناطق الريفية وبين مدينة بيشكيك وتتوفر بقالة وجمعيات بالقرب من الشقة وطاقم العمل كان محترم جداً وودود وخصوصاً Anna. وبصراحة أنصح في هذا المكان وبشدّه لأي شخص يفكر يزور بيشكيك.

Отличные просторные аппарты. Завтрак прекрасный. Вид. Вокруг тишина. Чистый воздух. Доставка Яндекс привезет все необходимое. По просьбе в мгновение нам приносили дополнительные полотенца, посуду, утюг. Уборка ежедневная. Обсулживание отельное.

Very Disappointed & Unfair Deposit Practices and Privacy Violation I have been staying at Casablanca Apartments for the past four years and have always rated them as excellent. However, this year, things have changed for the worse. Previously, there was no security deposit required before check-in, but now they demand 5,000 KGS upfront, promising to refund it upon departure. Unfortunately, this is a scam, they play tricks to keep your deposit unjustly. In my case, I was falsely accused of smoking in the apartment, which is completely untrue. They claim that the cleaning staff entered the apartment while I was sleeping, took photos of cigarette butts in a drinking cup (attached as evidence), and used this as an excuse to withhold my deposit. This is a false accusation and a clear violation of privacy. Even if they suspected smoking, they had no right to enter without permission while I was asleep. This is not only unethical but also a breach of tourism laws in Kyrgyzstan regarding guest privacy. I contacted the Ministry of Tourism to complain, but unfortunately, they do not speak English, so I couldn’t get any help. Warning to future guests: Do NOT expect your deposit back. They will fabricate excuses (false damage claims, smoking accusations, etc.) to keep your money. This is a dishonest practice, and I strongly advise against staying here if you want a fair and respectful rental experience.
