They cancelled my booking by just sending a mail ,which I saw later . They could have called before cancelling

Arrogance

I was robbed and humiliated (i am using this strong words ROBBED and HUMILIATED because the way i was treated was very intense). Staff behaviour is very rude, especially the manager(Name: Subramani). Because i was *literally robbed* for accepting already torn bedsheet with a small hole and which is almost degraded. Unexpectedly, my leg got caught in that hole while moving, which made it slightly bigger. Instead of accepting their mistake, the manager accused me of tearing a *new* bedsheet and demanded a penalty. To justify this, they showed me an invoice for brand-new bedsheets and falsely claimed that it was the same one they had provided. They asked me to pay 1000rs for already torn bedsheets. I refused to pay that amount since that invoice clearly mentioned 710rs for one bedsheet. I showed them that the bedsheet was already old, used by many people, and damaged before we received it. I initially told them that i am running late for my train and they used it against me. They told that they let me leave if either i pay the price or buy them a new bedsheet at that instant(completely illogical to buy a new bedsheet,give it to them and leave especially when you are running late). Finally with very less time to catch my train i paid them 710Rs when i felt i was robbed. I request the owner of the property to share contact for bringing out a solution to this matter. At first, I thought it was a good hotel for the cost, with decent food, but this rude and dishonest behavior completely changed my opinion. I have never experienced such an unprofessional and worst attitude from any hotel before. I suggest everyone to personally take the reception staff to your allocated room and check all the properties including bedsheets which are even inside the AC bedsheets while you are checking in.

Clean and friendly staff

Location was too inside in small road, difficult to find

The entire building got refurbished and looks great with all the amenities

The sink pipe was leaking and I couldn't notice it after continuous usage. So,, I avoided using it. And Noisy fan in the bedroom
