اول شي اكبر حرميه وشركة بوكنج غلطانه تدخل فندف حرميه وسئ التعامل بعد وصلي الى الفندق تم الغاء الحجز وطلب مني حجز جديد الثاني التكيف حار الموقع سيئ جدا لا انصح السعوديين و الخلجين به

I booked this hotel one week in advance. Upon arrival, I was informed that quests with ID cards from the same district as the hotel would not be accepted, and we were directed to another property under their management located 8 km away. This policy was never communicated during the booking process, nor was it clearly stated on the booking platform. We were made to wait for 30 minutes before being transferred, which was both inconvenient and frustrating, especially after having booked well in advance. When I asked the staff to show me where this policy was mentioned online, they were unable to locate it themselves. I stayed at this hotel a year ago without any such restriction, so this sudden, unexplained change in policy feels unjustified. This experience was highly disappointing, and I believe such rules should be transparently disclosed at the time of booking to avoid causing inconvenience to guests.
