Boulevard Palace Hotel

Upon arrival, we were extremely disappointed with the level of service and the condition of the room. Despite booking for two guests, the room was equipped with only one set of towels, a single cup, and insufficient amenities overall. The photographs displayed on Booking.com did not reflect the reality of the accommodation we were given. On the first day, a staff member named Shantos misled us by claiming he would provide a better room, which proved untrue. Fortunately, Mr. William, whose professionalism and courtesy stood out, intervened the following day to resolve part of our inconvenience. He was the sole positive aspect of our stay. This hotel falls far below acceptable standards. It is misleading, poorly managed, and not worth the price. I strongly advise future guests not to stay here and to avoid wasting their money on such a disappointing establishment.

Overall great facility with warm, welcoming people. I enjoyed the ambiance in the restaurant, and the food was absolutely amazing

Le bas niveau de propreté (ménage mal fait) probleme de plomberie dans les toilettes, eau de bain trop chaude brûlante et le manque de professionnalisme du personnel (service du restaurant) manque de professionnalisme du room service.

The stay was near beautiful. I just have a problem with the fact there isn't enough towels and the lack of face/wash towels. It's must be an African thing because most of them don't. Well maybe your hotel can start thinking out of the box and create an impression on your American guest. Try it you might just improve your business revenue.

the manager is very nice. he tries his best to make guests comfortable as much as possible a little efort on reducing the electricity consumption (cooling and lighting) would allow reduce the carbon impact
