The location is good and near the supermarket.

Breakfast is not good, I went 7.30 am at the breakfast place and I asked for the egg omelette, he said, no chef available. I ordered soomthie, he brought me a different one, I told him, this was not soomthie, he said, in our hotel this is the soomthie, if you need, you drink the or you can go, this is not correct way to discuss with customers.

Staff and service personnel are very helpful!

There is no available outlets to charge your laptop or phone, you have to unplug a lamp or other devices to charge your devices. The desk is too low which makes it hard to work and there are only 3 channels that are not even clear. The food is good but pricy. for example, a small juice is $7. The staff are nice but don't seem well trained in customer service. For example (you have to call to get your laundry back, you have to ask twice for your order or check). The bathroom didn't have towels, so I had to call to get the towels. The bathtub has cracks, so it leaks water to the floor. The bed is comfortable and the AC works well.

Well I didn’t have the chance to sleep at the hotel

The place was show on booking with outside swimming pool facilities but when I came to the hotel they told me that there was no swimming pool. When I tried to get explanation at the desk the manager answered me that I didn’t know how to read. Then they gave me my money back and told me to find another place. Very poor customer service. Down to the ground customer care.

The first night of my arrival there was a roach in my room. The fixtures in the bathroom were old and not working properly! The street view rooms were so very noisy, unable to sleep. After a complaint, I did a room change, but it was in the front of the hotel, which faced numerous other businesses. Very noisy, late night and early morning. Food in the only restaurant in hotel was overly priced and not very good quality food. Staff untrained in hotel service!

There was nothing unique about the property. It seems that they have done no upgrades or anything since they opened in 2011 or so the property the room rugs are dirty and ripped in spots. The Internet is the best thing about the place. I went there because I had to work. I need to stay an extra day and the price went up by $50 so to say I checked out and came to another hotel. I believe I left behind a very important item but I won’t go back for it. I have 26 more days in this country , I stay there several times when I have to come into town. I was going to bring the rest of my team and stay, but because the way the manager spoke to me and because of the way, they upped the price my that $50 instead of letting me remain at the price that I had , I won’t take my team. We will go somewhere else.
