The stairs to bedroom are very steep, carpet on stairs is loose. Would not be accessible to all.

Like a home from home, with all the facilities you need. Nicky the manager was really nice and couldn't be more helpful when I had a few questions about the area, cabs etc and always had a warm greeting for you when you saw her.

The location was good and the old building was nice. Bathroom was very nice.

It was a bit tired and could have been cleaner. The key was not in the lock box when I arrived but luckily I was able to contact the manager and get in ok.

Lovely stay. Felt a bit chilly when we arrived but we put on the heating and electric fireplace and it was warm and cozy very quickly. Very comfortable bed in second floor with big and classy bathroom. About 10min walk from center of Leeds but very quiet area.
