The Leeming at Claremont Apartments

Lovely place to stay near Leeds city centre. Close to the Arena as well.

Excellent location close to the city centre. Located in a beautiful old grand house, lovely decoration, very comfortable bed and pillows, and all amenities you could need for a very comfortable stay. Definitely would stay again if we returned to Leeds

The space, facilities and decor

Power cut first night but only lasted about an hour

Staff were fabulous. Excellent location for first direct arena and christmas market all in walking distance

Beautiful building, huge and impressive entrance hall, blown away by the size and grandure of the apartment, top quality fixtures and fittings, steeped in local history, great location, parking on site.

Apartment had visible signs of damp and there was a broken window pane in the bedroom. Window catch in lounge was unattached but we.fixed it to improve security. Kitchen counter hadn't been cleaned so had to clean on arrival but couldn't find any detergent or similar. Decorating in need of refreshing, arm chair or another sofa in the lounge would have been good.

Peaceful green surroundings, tasteful decorated interior, older manor home, easy walk to downtown

I can't think of anything that major...just minor things like perhaps bolting the fridge so that it doesn't fall forward when the door is opened, top drawer of dishwasher is broken and better WiFi...

Nice and spacious with all the things we needed along with nice touches like tea, coffee, washing pods etc

There were a number of laundry bags next to our apartment door which I think should have been put away somewhere else along with the hoover in the hall but didn’t impact our stay as such but more around the finishing touches with the price of the apartment
