The Leeming at Claremont Apartments

Location, space was very good, facilities were very good on the whole. The property was very comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and parking a huge bonus.

Very minor -bedroom inside door handle was missing and the WiFi dropped a couple of times but soon came back

We loved the apartment and the building (with parking) is great. The location's excellent: a leafy neigbourhood, very close to the centre.

The water was piping hot but stopped after running a shallow bath. The bedroom doorknob and a basin tap needed securing. The TV buffered a lot but this may have been down to the popularity of the programme.

Comfy bed.

Kitchen facilities could have been better - e.g. needed a draining board at the sink, not everything can go straight in the dishwasher. Fan facility in the fire rattled - very annoying. Place smelt a little damp - especially the corridor leading to the apartment.

Like the spacious flat and was kept lovely warm. Love the dressing table set up love the private parking which was close to the town and university Nice to have al things you want in the kitchen It s a lovely apartment

I did not like the left side mattress as it was too soft and springy which hurt my back My husband’s mattress on the right side was fine both were separate mattresses on a superking bed Sofa need to be bigger and need to be more comfy not enough cultery The bottom of the shower glass need a new rubber seal because it was discoloured which looks dirty the bathroom window need more privacy. I would stay again if the little improvements are met

Exceptional. One of the best accommodations I have ever come across. Easy checkin process through communications, easy access to local amenities and the city centre. The decor was fabulous, quick response from the host, big sized bedroom and it felt like my own home with the cozy water vapour fireplace. Beautiful throughout. I've just found a favourite place to stay in Leeds when visiting again. Thank you.

Location was close to the University.

Cleanliness of the floors was sub par. The ghost was not responding to our request for wifi, which we did not have access to. I had to start the first night at another place as the wifi was not available. Moved in only for the night in the second day! The exterior of the building is not maintained well and it feels a bit scary to walk in after sunset. A pair of trousers that we left behind is with the host but they do not seem to be available most of the time for us to go pick it up. Not planning to go back to the Leeming for sure!
