Ubicacion inmejorable. Frente a piscinas y con fácil acceso directo a la playa. La vista del departamento espectacular. Muy cómodo y confortable. Cómo se ve en la foto.

the view and the area of the condo were nice. patio was great to sit on.

the bed was quite hard, could use a soft mattress cover. kitchen needs help. only some of the stove top worked. no kitchen towels, no drinking water and had to hunt for soap to do dishes. went to cook some eggs and had to wash the pan first. looked like it was put away uncleaned. bedroom a/c didn't work.

Appartement situé au sein d’un hôtel sécurisé et parfaitement entretenu (sans services hôteliers tels que ménage etc.. dommage). En rez-de-jardin, il offre une vue exceptionnelle sur la piscine et la mer. Un cadre magnifique, à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville (5e Avenue).

The AC in the bedrooms roared. Not enough pots and pans

Front desk was very helpful.

No hot water in shower, oven didn’t work, only one side table lamp in bedroom, no overhead light and the patio door was so sticky it was almost impossible to open.

Reception was quick and easy.

The mold under the cabinets in the kitchen, the moldy shower curtain, couldn't get the patio door open as the rollers are shot, cockroaches, the bedroom ceiling light didn't work, the living room furniture is over 25 years old and uncomfortable, the tv is in Spanish only, no tv in the bedroom, the bathroom sink sprays water everywhere, no washcloths, the dish soap was shower gel. The dirty mattress in the living room.This unit shouldn't be rented to anyone until the issues are fixed and we heard these issues have been here for over 2 years. The owner doesn't respond to emails or phone calls.

Great spot

My wife said the stove didn’t work. When I touched the back left burner to see if it was warm, I was electrocuted. Please advise the owner to replace the stove immediately. The patio door doesn’t roll open. I had to work really hard to get it open in order to step outside. The main shower curtain has black mold covering the entire bottom half. I am politely asking for a credit back on what I paid.
