De locatie is echt top!

Ik sliep in de deluxe king kamer, mijn collega sliep in de standaard 2-bed kamer. Ik betaalde bijna 100 euro meer voor 2 nachten, maar beide kamers waren identiek het zelfde!!! Boek dus geen duurdere king kamer want deze is toch precies het zelfde als de goedkopere kamer. Een van mijn andere collega's sliep in de junior suite, deze kamer was wel iets groter. Maar bij haar was de koelkast kapot, heel vervelend met temperaturen van 38 graden. De koelkast zou gerepareerd worden echter toen wij 's middags terug kwamen was de koelkast nog altijd defect en kon zij al haar eten weg gooien. De receptie gaf aan dat de service monteur was vergeten te bellen dat de koelkast niet gerepareerd kon worden. Tevens zat er zwarte schimmel in de douche en had ik gebruikte hotel slippers op de kamer liggen.

First of all, there was staff in counter and he still asked us to use self-check in. Self check in machine was extremely inefficient so I had to help my parents, while old couple next to us couldn’t do it by themselves. Self check in machine didn’t even work, took few minutes just to make card keys - which it failed as well. I went to front desk for help, the staff saying he can’t make 2 key cards and can only make 1 cards since he got not enough cards left(???).

I was very disappointed with my experience, especially considering that the hotel presents itself as pet-friendly. I arrived in Amsterdam with my two small Chihuahuas at approximately 10:30 PM. After checking in, I had to leave the hotel to find something to eat. It was raining heavily, and most restaurants in the city had already closed their kitchens. Less than 30 minutes after my departure, I received a phone call from the hotel informing me that there had been complaints about my dogs barking. This was quite surprising, as my dogs are generally very quiet. They only tend to bark if there is significant noise near the room, such as people talking loudly in the hallway, passing directly in front of the door, making noise in neighboring rooms, banging on walls, or creating heavy footsteps overhead. I also found it unacceptable that, despite the hotel advertising itself as pet-friendly and charging an additional fee for my dogs, no basic amenities such as a bed for them were provided. I found it disappointing that such a situation was handled in this manner, particularly so shortly after my arrival. As a guest traveling with pets, I expected a more welcoming and understanding approach from a hotel that advertises itself as pet-friendly. Because of the way the situation was managed, I did not feel welcomed or comfortable staying at the property. As a result, immediately after receiving the call, I returned to the hotel, collected my belongings, and decided to leave. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the level of hospitality and consideration I expected.

Locality , clean , well priced .

Shower going over the lip , and floor getting wet . Sink area - needed to keep mopping.
