I can't blame the young woman runnning the front desk, she seemed to be the only person working taking care of everything. I couldn't get the tv to work, or the stovetop, you should have printed instructions for both.. the new flooring looks nice but has zero sound proofing, the people above me were walking like a heard of elephants until 1 am and then started again at 4 am, so I basically got no sleep. The breakfast was not edible. Eggs look slimy, no yogurt. Would never stay there again
