"Not worth it. The buildings and rooms and the view are amazing but the service and management arent."

The staff’s enthusiasm and kindness make this property, without them it would have been a bad experience.

1. Upon arrival we had to wait sometime for the room to be ready. The AC in the room is incredibly loud making it hard to sleep. 2. At dinner we couldn’t have any bread because it was finished. They didn’t have any ice cream either. 3. The selection of wines is poor, and they serve a very poor quality wine at 200% of the price. 4. I went to use the gym in the afternoon and there were no hand towels. When I called to ask for some, they brought 2 bathsheetd but did not replenish towels for other guests. 5. We joined the sandbank tour but the staff failed to advise that the walk to the boat was relatively long through some treacherous coral. They also didnt explain that the sandbank tour was a 30min swimming and photo op activity without much else. Having that explanation would have made us leave a lot of the items we carried with us. 6. We ordered a drink and only 30min later were we told the drink was not available because of a lack of ingredients. 7. At breakfast on the second day they ran out of fruit. Which was odd considering they knew how many guests to expect. The hotel takes no outside guests. 8. When they remade up my room, they didn’t replenish all the towels. Overall the hotel was disappointing and not good value for money for what I paid.

"For a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel, the service and overall value were disappointing."

The facilities were very good. The air conditioning worked extremely well, keeping the room at a very comfortable temperature during a particularly hot period of our stay.

As this is a Marriott-affiliated property, part of the Autograph Collection, our expectations were naturally aligned with a higher standard of service and overall experience. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met. While the property itself has potential, our overall stay was disappointing, mainly due to service quality and poor value for money — issues that are particularly surprising for a hotel positioned within the Autograph Collection. The service level was below expectations. Most of the staff struggled to understand basic English, which frequently resulted in confusion, incorrect orders, and misunderstandings regarding our requests. This significantly impacted the guest experience and created unnecessary frustration. The food offering was another major weakness. Prices were high, yet the quality was consistently poor, resulting in very weak value for money. The wine list was also extremely limited and underwhelming, especially for a hotel of this category. The few options available were of low quality and overpriced, which does not align with the expectations associated with a Marriott Autograph Collection property. Communication with the hotel was inconsistent and unreliable. On one occasion, I requested information about an excursion promoted by the hotel. I was instructed to send the request via WhatsApp, which I did, but I never received any response. This lack of follow-up reinforced the perception of poor coordination and weak guest communication. Overall, the experience did not justify the pricing nor reflect the standards typically associated with the Marriott brand or the Autograph Collection. With substantial improvements in staff training, service delivery, food quality, communication, and beverage offerings, the hotel could better align itself with its brand positioning. At its current level, however, it is difficult to recommend.

Obsługa w recepcji. Poprosiłam o wymeldowanie o 13.00. O 12:45 zadzwonił facet z recepcji z informacją że mam już opuścić pokój i dłużej mój pobyt nie jest możliwy….
