"Not worth the money we paid for the hotel"

Our room was nice. Staff were all friendly

Location wasn’t great as too far out. Choice of food was very limited for a 5* hotel and took a long time for food to be served. Limited facilities, not much atmosphere, was far too quiet for us. A lot of cats around the property!!

"Great relax hotel in Zanzibar"

Wonderful Experience at the hotel. Staff were great and pro-active, my room was perfect, spacious, clean and wonderful view. Ashley Christensen hotel manager very profissional, I saw him everywhere at the hotel area looking for all details to be perfect. Food was great

"Quality resort living"

Quality resort with great pool area, bar, and activities available. We enjoyed our time here and there we have few complaints. The food amd drinks in the restaurant was average for the price tbh, but other than that everyone was happy to help out. The staff helped me organise a private dinner, and it was lovely. We'd stay again for sure.

"A beautiful resort with warm staff and great facilities, offering a relaxing and enjoyable escape"

The facilities are truly amazing, and unlike many resorts, the road leading here is very well maintained, which made our arrival so much smoother. The property itself is beautiful and spacious, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy without even needing to go out and explore if you prefer to stay in. The staff were kind, friendly, and always willing to assist. The welcome team, in particular, made a wonderful first impression. Communication throughout our stay was also clear and effective, which really enhanced the experience.

Our stay was lovely overall, though there are a few areas that could be improved to make the experience truly exceptional. The floating breakfast, for instance, could be presented in a more creative and refined way. At a luxury resort, guests look forward to a unique touch, and the current setup with a wooden box felt a little underwhelming compared to the beautiful surroundings. When we arrived, our pool was not yet ready, which was a bit of a disappointment. It would be great if the team could take a more proactive approach to ensure all amenities are fully prepared for guests upon check-in. We also noticed some small challenges with taxi bookings. Since guests don’t have direct communication with drivers, there were occasional gaps around destinations. A more seamless system would definitely make transport easier and more enjoyable.
