Hotel Umaiyyal International

Receptionist and Onwer of hotel was not friendly. Their Main concern to get money not even paid attention to hear the customer and their concerns.

Mentions no prepayment necessary on booking.com but I was immediately asked to pay in advance if I was to get the room.

The rooms were huge clean

I had to pay extra 1000/- for my child even though I had booked family room with four occupancy.we had two adults and two minor children but was asked to pay extra which did not made sense even after payment 7000/- for the room

Breakfast was good

Location, cleanliness , comfort.

Breakfast was included in the stay. Our train was in the morning.At the time of check in we requested to arrange the breakfast early morning,but the manager was very adamant,he refused to listen anything.He told us that it will be served at 8:30. Next morning while leaving at 7:30 am ,we again requested that if it is ready then please pack it,we will eat in the train but again same reply that it will not be given before 8:30. After all this ,when we were leaving they asked for tip. How shameless people they were. Seprate single bed for children were not provided also as we got in the previous 4 hotels during our trip in Kerala.
