This place was absolutely amazing. I will be booking this one at least once a year. Customer service was excellent.

The only thing that I would change or dislike is getting to the location. Once we arrived we didn't have a gate card to get in but customer service was great with assisting us with this issue. Maybe they could send gate code in an email before checking in..

This house is HUGE! I really enjoyed the space, nobody was on top of each other. Very clean and put together.

The property was ok, unfortunately wasn’t no running AC upstairs, the ice maker was broken and the hot tub wasn’t working properly. The facility managers was also Noo help.

Quality

Staff was unaccountable for the issues relative to booking.com not stating the jacuzzi would be extra to have it heated, gave me the run around the entire weekend about it when the site clearly didn’t state that it was a added cost. The management company also didn’t help as all they wanted was they’re money. The Master bedroom also didn’t have hot water , the tub that is which made it seem as if anything heated they wanted you to pay extra for it when in fact a jacuzzi is always hot.

One of The Rooms, Including The Bathroom, Didn’t Have Any Power Until Hours After Check-In When I Had To Use The Breaker Box Because A Maintenance Member Wasn’t Available Until The Next Morning.
