Everything the space was large and clean

We loved the size of the house! There were sixteen people in this house and we never felt over crowded. There are no bad bedrooms in the house. I loved that each couple had a king size bedroom suit. I like that we were able to put the kids in the adjoining bathrooms with their parents while still giving mommy and daddy alone time. I loved having a seating area on the 2nd floor for the younger couples that were not ready to go to sleep yet. I also liked that although you can hear that people are still awake, it’s not intrusive to people who have decided to call it a night. It was nice that the game room had doors that could be shut. I slept in the bedroom directly across from it and the guys had an evening where they played pool, listened to music and enjoyed each others company. My husband and I was not disturbed by their fun. The private pool was a blast for the kids especially. They were in that pool everyday. Having a grill allowed us to have a barbecue night and we were able to eat outside as a family. We also loved that we could all sit down and have our meals together as a family. PS. You do need to let your guest know that they need to bring movies with them for the theater room. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a bit confusing. The GPS took us to the gate closest to our vacation home. We were trying to figure out how to get in. Once we were let in, I called and the host told us that all guest have to come through the front gate to be checked in. Need to have better notes on what light switches work what items in home. We never did figure out how to turn the ceiling fan in livingroom off kitchen. Remotes should have stickers on back with location of tv it belongs to. (Children will move them without thinking). Guest should be told they need to bring their own gaming equipment. You provide the setup only. Just so happen, I asked them to bring theirs just in case. In the kitchen, please provide dish towels with n addition to scrubbers. There needs to be larger pots for cooking. We prepared meals for sixteen people and needed larger skillets and pots.

The amenities were great

The customer service is horrible. They really do not care about their guests. They get your money and fail to provide quality customer service. Hair in the pool, missing equipment for the game room and failure to respond to my emails requesting the equipment once we were close to our departure date. We pay too much to receive such terrible customer service.
