Quest Mount Eden

The room far exceeded our expectations. The security was great, having to use key cards at various points. We appreciated having an accessible parking space immediately outside the office, which we could use when checking in. The private parking was outstanding - easy to navigate, not tight and claustrophobic, very secure, and great having the accessible spaces in there right beside the entrance to the hotel.

The accessible room which we were in was at the opposite end of the building to the reception, so a bit of walking was required. The room itself was great though.

Location is a bit tricky for getting to. Parking was cheap and secure and good access to the hotel but a little tricky to access

Had an amazing stay but didn’t agree with below. Booked room through booking.com. Got confirmation and did not state a $200 bond was required nor did it say you pay extra for parking. 3 days before check in the hotel had called me and advised of a $200 refundable bond and of the additional car park fee. This needs to be stipulated clearly when initial booking is taken as i would have found a more suitable room elsewhere. Booking.com needs to deal with the booking from start to finish to avoid 2 different terms and conditions
