"I will not be staying again following my experience with the AI chatbot late check-in โ€œhelperโ€."

The rooms were comfy, clean and the housekeeping staff were wonderfully friendly.

If you check in late there is an AI chatbot to โ€œhelpโ€ you check in. After loudly repeating personal identifiable information out into the night, the bot welcomed me in but the doors remained lockedโ€ฆ I had to then call up the help desk, circumventing the whole โ€œnecessityโ€ of the AI. I spoke with a few other guests and they all shared similar experiences to my own.

Nice little kitchenette which was well equipped. Comfortable and clean. Great location.

No opening window, extractor fan worked well though.
