"Ok but next to a building site/pile of waste"

Airport transfer was easy. Room was big and clean.

Location next to a building site, loud and lots of litter/rubbish piling up outside near the hotel. It’s an eyesore to walk past every day. Breakfast was not great, better going out. Beach is not very nice, not like you see in online photos of Phu Quoc
