BG1. Hotel under construction. Spa not working. Hotel contacted us a little bit in advance to warn that the spa area would be under construction with only 1 outdoor pool working. It turned out that central buildings of the hotel ! were under construction as well, with construction noise throughout the day. 2. On a third day if our stay hotel hosted a 2-day master class for barbers right at the outdoor pool (the only working one) with a few dozens of men sitting right in front of the pool, stage, video cameras !, loudspeakers, etc. 3. Upon checkout they tried to charge us with someone else's EUR 150 bill from the restaurant. You have to prove to them that you didn't eat the food )) We were with a baby, little consideration for that. No refund if we leave earlier. The tall receptionist guy being openly aggressive. If you are ready for a possible caraoke contest in spa area or being charged for someone else's food at the checkout, go to Maxi. The worst hotel experience ever.
ZAThe location is beautiful. Very clean. Friendly and exceptionaly helpful staff! Altogether wonderful!
The restaurant should up its work during breakfast, some of the hot food is left to cool, some of it is not there at some times.
