Everything was ok, except a strange low persistent ventilation noise inside room located on bedroom area between 7:30 AM until 10 PM.

The hot water (and the water pressure) in the shower/bath was low and inconsistent (even stopped completely a few times), I called room-service for assistance, but there was nothing to do other than wait.

We paid for a few different massages for my birthday, but only one of them was the full-length massage as mentioned. The other three massages were combined into one, yet we were charged for three separate massages. It was very disappointing. Additionally, since it was my birthday, the hotel didn’t offer any kind of complimentary gesture, like a little muffin or something. Genuinely they don’t make you feel very welcomed.This definitely didn’t feel like a 5-star hotel experience.
