BGBGBGBGGood value for money. We had a nice stay, SPA area and pools are good, with warm water, different temperatures, but all were warm, jacuzzi, saunas, all great. The relax zone was very nice, but unfortunately a lot of people do not have consideration for the others and don’t keep quiet and it really bothered us, that we could not enjoy it and relax. There were a lot of people with little kids and babies, who were screaming. It is good place for families, but if you want to enjoy some quiet time, as we were a group of women without kids, it is not the best place. The massages are great, we really liked the deep tissue and the classical massage. The room was big and comfortable with all you could need. All in all it is one of the nice SPA hotels in Bulgaria.
The restaurant could use a renovation, the style and furniture is a bit outdated. But other than that, the food was very good and at dinner and breakfast the buffet was with a lot of variety and choices and everything was delicious.
