B22 - Rising Sun 2 Bed Flat

The accommodation is perfect for a couple's trip and is well located, close to the marina

The location was perfect!!! It was a spacious apartment, the balcony was such a great view!

The bed was very very uncomfortable, the room was very hot at night with a small fan that didn’t do much. The kitchen didn’t have a lot of supplies in it to cook with.

Missing towels and toilet papers. No communication and bad binding after complaint of missing equipment

Very tired and cheaply furnished apartment, no maintenance, broken window handles. Locatated above a taxi rank & gathering point for homeless people, who spend the whole night talking loudly; windows single glazed and damaged, you hear absolutely everything. Pillows of awful quality and dirty. Strong sewage smells in the bathroom, worse at night time, making you feel nauseous. Misleading information about free parking, as there is none. Had to scout the city for a paying parking spot. We were unable to sleep the whole night. Not worth the money, avoid at all cost.

The inside of the apartment was comfortable and good view of the harbor from the front window. Liked the living room area. Property seemed clean. Bed was comfortable. It was within walking distance of cafes and other services, however we had to discover all of this for ourselves, no help-map from the rental agency.

Photos were misleading about the entrance of the property and free parking. No map and poor information about what to expect on the very narrow street where we needed to unload baggage. The washing machine didn’t work properly—we didn’t see any instructions. As a result the laundry never went through a spin or rinse cycle and took 2 days to dry—most of it after we left! Free parking availability was poor and difficult to get to. Had to pay for garage parking. Pillows were not very good.
