Great hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms, good amenities and location was very convenient.

Parking is very unclear , coffee in room is terrible, lights sort of worked , great staff mayby a little overpriced in my opinion

I am visiting from Toronto and my friends are from California, Dallas Texas & Florence Italy & it’s our first time in Calgary. The reception staff ALBERT was so efficient & very accommodating. We were able to navigate downtown through Albert’s help. The hotel is very accessible, clean bathroom/room, quiet, safe and walkable. I definitely will book again next time with my family.

Made us feel like family, thank you for everything! We will be back 😌

The rooms were very very nice. The lobby was ok and the staff did not offer to help with the bags. Did not feel like I was given 4 star service

Great employees. I mean amazing. Great room. With space to move. Large bathroom. View less great lol. Slightly overpriced and thw parking per day was insane. Location food although not if you wanted to walk everywhere. That said central to lots of events all within 15 minutes.

This hotel was beautiful. Rooms are gorgeous. My only issue is that this hotel has opted in to the voluntary DMF ( destination marketing fee) program. Which means they charge you per night a percentage of your room cost. So for our 2 night we were charged $14.15 per night along with a $10 per night tourism fee. So for 2 nights we had to pay an extra close to $50. I understand the tourism fee cause most places have that but this DMF is ridiculous. They basically are charging the very people they are trying to get to come and stay at their hotel. Doesn’t make any sense for customers have to pay for their advertising. I would think twice about staying at a hotel that has the DMF.

Wow, what a beautiful hotel. The staff is awesome, fantastic exercise room, walking distance to everything. Shower was incredible, and the bed was so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again, so convenient.
