Hotel is very modern, looks new. Room was very clean, overall is modern. Very quiet and relaxing.

This was my second stay here. Rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Great property!

Overall the room was roomy for the 3 of us and all amenities were good. The staff could use a bit of customer service training. Called down to request bedding for pull out sofa but no one answer after letting it ring for quite awhile. Went down and asked person at front desk if the phone rang and they said it did but were busy with someone else. They should have answered the phone and said they would be right with me. Also, the person that delivered the bedding seemed to not know what to do - give us the bedding for us to put on or put it on themselves. They just stood there holding the bedding until I actually had to take it from them. Strange.

Great hotel in a central location

Room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Very good decor. Check in and out was super easy no wait. The screen even had my name on it which was a nice personalized touch. Coffee in the room was decent. As well as the provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion…smelled very nice!

Close to the center of the city.

Put in a room facing a construction site 😞

Very clean, friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Located in downtown Calgary.
