"Superb location"

Would love to go back and stay there. Excellent location with views of the river and the main bridge. Everything is walking distance from the hotel.

Очень классный отель с невероятным видом. Мы жили на 12 этаже. Постоянно хотелось смотреть в окно и любоваться кораблями, трамваями, прохожими на мосту и красивыми домами. В номере есть всё необходимое: шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, мыло, тапочки, халаты. Есть минибар, сейф, чайник, кофемашина, кондиционер. На коридоре в общем зоне можно было делать кофе, попить воду, взять что-то из еды (сухофрукты, орехи, фрукты, сэндвичи, желатинки). При отеле есть закрытый паркинг на 9 и 10 этаже, но у него очень узкий заезд с улицы и нужен хороший опыт вождения, чтобы заехать и не повредить авто. Нам потребовалось несколько минут, чтобы заехать туда. Еще очень рекомендую завтрак. Он был очень разнообразный и вкусный. Большой выбор блюд, много фруктов и выпечки, еще предлагают бокал шампанского.

А теперь минусы отеля и почему я не поставила 10 баллов (хотя очень хотела бы). Это персонал на ресепшен. Вы по одежке встречаете гостей что ли??? Предыстория: мы с мужем много путешествуем на авто и в тот день мы ехали из Прайа-ду-Карвоейру с остановкой в Лиссабоне. В дороге мы одеваемся в удобную спортивную одежду. Мы очень устали с дороги и от жары. И тут происходит ситуация. Перед нами заселяется пара, которая была одета в очень красивые наряды. Им предлагают на выбор приветственные напитки. Нам же не предложили ничего!!! Просто игнорирование! Далее я видела, как парень с ресепшен проводил других гостей с нашего этажа до номера, проводил экскурсию перед заселением и показывал где общая зона с питанием и напитками. С нас же просто взяли оплату, выдали ключ, сказали этаж и отправили самостоятельно добираться. Вообще никто не собирался нас провести! О том, что есть общие зоны, мы узнали самостоятельно. Я считаю, что такое поведение и разное отношение к гостям недопустимо! Вы непрофессиональные работники, если выбираете кого "облизывать", а кого просто игнорировать и не считать за таких же гостей отеля! Руководство, примите меры, такие работники позорят ваш отель

Sehr stilvolle, moderne Einrichtung. Von unserem Zimmer hatten wir eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Brücke und das historische Zentrum. Sehr freundliches Personal und super Service. Einladende Terrasse mit Pool. Das Restaurant bietet ein kulinarisches Erlebnis.
