Everything was provided, from a hair dryer to coffee and a kettle. The place was spotlessly clean. The outlets were compatible with Japanese plugs. ドライヤーからコーヒー、ポットまで全てが揃っていた。清掃が行き届いていた。 日本のプラグにも対応したコンセントだった。

It was an exceptional stay, super clean rooms. Brilliant staff and even better food at their restaurant. A must visit!

Yes nice hotel good for the value very near to some poular markets like spices and other.a reliance shopping mall just opposite bear to airport .i would recomend it for family stay also.nice very nice veg resturant professional staff and polite

Hotel location was good. It was closure to the bus stand. Easy accessibility. Rooms were also fairly good.

The breakfast had a lot of limitations - like on the date of check-in and check-out, not applicable. You can not take the food from outside, now that has to be my choice, what do I eat, from where do I eat. Hotel shouldn't have restrictions on it. I wanted to eat some sweats, and some food, placed an order from Zomato, and then it was denied from being taken inside. I ordered packets of sweats and snacks for over a weeks time, and then I had to throw most of it, cos hotel didn't allow me to keep. Then there were limitations on the water. 2 water bottles per day, and after that it was charged - seriously! My father and sister were staying there, and I had to coordinate with the hotel a lot to get things aligned for them. They had to wait in the lobby for almost 2 hours. I requested them if they can give an room, or some place to get fresh, and relax for the time their rooms are being allotted to them.
