Restaurant is open at 5pm,so breakfast is served in a cafe type area.

Location is too far away from Ilfracombe centre, we were told a 20 min walk down a very steep hill, but getting back is very difficult, busses do run hourly. Also the tv was pixeling, effectively useless, We asked for a twin room but a double room was all that was available, due to a boxing tournament, had I known I would not have booked. Booking.com should have known this, suffice to say I will not be using b.com again, it seems you are happy to take bookings and not fully inform customers of any issues. John Cafferty

"Room was great but everything else on the resort was a let down."

The room was excellent. Lovely and clean and bed was comfy.

The spa area ,the sauna was broken and the changing room toilets were filthy. I understand there was a boxing event on, but that's no excuse for cleanliness.

The location was really good minutes drive from everything interesting. The indoor swimming pool was lovely, good size, lovely temperature. The food at the restaurant was sublime. The beds were really comfy.

The cleaning team needs a bit of spanking, as we walked in the apartment that smelled of chip fat and the kitchen floor was greasy. We had to get a floor spray and do it ourselves. We prefer it like that. One of the leaving room chairs had the seat base broken, but it was still usable and the heating in the second bedroom wasn't working.

friendly staff

tired rooms dirty windows so obstructed the sea view. 2 single beds made into a double two different heights so poor sleep and fan to the bathroom is not isolated to the light so was noisy all night and on top of that the fan to the fridge was noisy all night. rotten decking on the steps to the accommodation. just needs a lot of attention.
