Very small rooms, clean bathroom. Fridge keeps your beer warm. No staff experience as didn't really see any. Couldn't find the vending machine downstairs or the free bottled water. Close to city centre.

"좋은 위치 깨끗한 시설."

가족 4명이 숙박했는데 방은 아주 넓지는 않지만 더블 사이즈의 침대도 넓고 무엇보다 시설이 깨끗했습니다. 욕실도 깨끗하게 관리가 잘 되어 있었고 물이 너무 좋았어요. 피부가 부들부들해졌네요. 위치는 가모강 바로 옆이라 기요미즈테라 걸어가기도 괜찮은 위치고 니시키시장도 걸어갈수 있어서 좋은 위치입니다.

We stayed for three nights with our two school aged kids. The room had everything we needed. The hotel looked pretty new and room and bathroom looked brand new as well. Location was perfect, walking distance to Nishiki market and Gion district. Highly recommend for both families and couples.

Property is clean, with helpful staff, in a convenient location in the downtown area (but very touristy). The mediocre rating is due to: 1) horrible beds - like a piece of plywood with thin foam, 2) rock hard pillows 3) limited space - barely room to walk around beds, 4) limited amenities - not even coffee - one pay washer/dryer on ground floor - one microwave for every other floor, 5) for a shockingly high price.

Great stay for the two nights. Limited space for opening luggage but extremely clean and had free basic items such as quips, razors, and toothbrush. Good value for money. Easy to get around and close to Kyoto station.

Great location, nice and clean. Rooms are very small, but comfortable. We appreciated being able to arrive any time and leave our luggage, even though the reception was unattended.
