Staff were friendly and had umbrellas for us to borrow on the rainy day.

Nice and clean, compact rooms with a bit of space to move and set up luggage. Loved the mini-fridges. Beds were extremely firm, much more than our group prefers.

Spacious room compared to other Japanese hotels. Staff very friendly e helpful. Walking distance to many dinning options.

Hotel was a short distance from the train station, but you do either need to take a train or a cab. The facility seems newer and clean. However, the rooms are very small. We booked a room for four people. I did have two full-size beds, but barely enough room for a luggage to fit in the room as well. This was the middle of a 10 day trip and I planned to do laundry at this facility as they advertise they have laundry. They only have one washer and dryer combination and the dryer takes a very very long time to dry a normal size load in fact I was never able to dry all my clothes even after staying awake till four in the morning to try. I got them as dry as I could hung them up for a few hours and then pack them up to move On , I was surprised when I asked the desk clerk for recommendations in the area to eat that they could not provide a specific place just kind of pointed in the direction. I think this hotel is good for singles or couples, but not necessarily for families.

Clean, convenient location, and friendly staff!

The hotel is a small establishment with limited amenities. The room had a kettle and cups but the hotel doesn’t not provide any coffee or tea packets. Extra towels are given if you asked. Beds are very firm. No safe.

We stayed here for 5days. I am very disappointed because they did not clean the room. We need to do it by ourselves to take off the garbage. Even the towels we need to request it from the receptionist. No water at all. No complimentary like tea and coffee in the sachet.

Convenient and simple.
