Staff was excellent! Dennis was especially helpful and pleasant! The cleaning person did an excellent job cleaning everyday.

We loved being so close to the beach, while also easily being able to walk into "town." Over-all we had a lovely vacation! The food was good considering it was all-inclusive. For those with food allergies- you can let the staff know upon check-in and they give you a paper to show the dining staff. Unfortunately there was not allergy labelling, so I had to ask every meal what I could and could not eat. Our constructive criticism: -the bar/cocktail options- most drinks contained very fake-tasting syrups and lower quality liquor. We would have appreciated a "premium" cocktail menu, even if we had to pay extra. -we appreciated that there is a gym in the hotel, but several pieces of the equipment were broken (the rower, the treadmill, the bench). The gym was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, so maybe having more regular maintenance would be good! -there was very little animation- we would have appreciated more options, especially on the few days were the weather was not as nice

Room was spacious. We were at the garden side (best as quieter) with partial side sea view. We got twin beds. There is no room with a double bed in the hotel, only twins are possible. Air conditioning OK. This is an absolute must. The bathroom was spacious with a large Italian shower. However very slippery. This is not for couples over 65. The risk to fall over in the shower is very big. Moreover, there is no soap dispenser and no place to put your soap or the provided bottles of shower gel. You have to leave them on the ground and bend over to take them up. I can hardly see elderly people doing that. Definitely not for elderly couples. The ventilation in the bathroom was not working. As there is no window you have to keep the door open. However, after spending the day out when coming back to the room the bathroom was stinking. I notified the reception twice that the ventilation was not working. Fist, 2 days after arrival and then one week after. They did not do anything! But boy, they took note of it!! One restaurant. Great choice and large variety of Greek food. This was just great. At the bar all drinks are served in plastic cups!! Even "coctails". The coffee frappé (cold coffee) is not included in the all-inclusive deal!! Sunbed not included you have to pay extra fees. Dessert-CAUTION!! I got dessert with mould!! I have pictures Internet connection sucks! 2 Networks (Indoors and outdoors). For the indoor, Wifi’s speed was in average 30kbps. Outdoors 3kbps.

A experiência foi muito boa. Quarto bom, área de piscina perfeito e com acesso à praia. Os únicos pontos negativos foram o box do chuveiro com cortina e da falta de refrigerantes bons.

Quarto confortável, com uma bela vista do mar. Resort grande com espaço insuficiente de espreguiçadeiras em volta da piscina. Com isto muitos hóspedes colocam toalhas e pertences para reservá-las e só com muita sorte você consegue um lugar se resolver usar a piscina só mais tarde. Tinha também muitas crianças e adolescentes brincando na piscina, tornando o ambiente pouco tranquilo. O Buffet pode não ser uma delícia, mas tinha uma grande variedade, sendo uma boa opção para experimentar comidas diferentes e você acaba achando alguma comida que goste. Tinha várias sobremesas muito boas. A área de areia em frente do hotel tinha muita sujeira de copos e plásticos. A praia estava bem lotada também.

Tutto bene ci siamo rilassati. Il secondo giorno ci hanno subito cambiato una stanza su nostra richiesta.

Buono il cibo , scarsa Manutenzione dei giardini , pulizia generale buona , ottima posizione .

La isla increíble lo malo fue el hotel, el internet pésimo, el baño horrible y había un olor extraño , instalaciones viejas… lo bueno fue la comida… les toca mejorar si es un 4 estrellas… no se nota .. pero un upgrade ( pagando obvio, jamás contestaron )

Our stay at Tsilivi Beach Hotel was not just disappointing, but deeply disturbing and disgraceful. The issues began at check-in, which was delayed until 6:30 PM, causing us significant inconvenience. When we requested to cancel due to the delay, the hotel staff unjustly blamed Expedia, despite it being clear they have the authority to cancel. The cleanliness of the hotel and its surroundings was another major concern. The beach was in a deplorable state, littered with trash, and the resort itself was no better. This lack of hygiene extended to our room as well. Our privacy was grossly violated when we caught a maid sneaking around our room while we were asleep. To make matters worse, a necklace was missing from our belongings after this incident. This is a serious breach of trust and security. When we brought these issues to the attention of the manager, he not only failed to honor his promise of a refund but also reacted with hostility. When we expressed our rightful anger, he threatened to call the police and asked us to leave the resort. The management's lack of responsibility, disregard for customer service, and hostile behavior is alarming. I strongly advise potential visitors to be cautious when considering a stay at Tsilivi Beach Hotel. It's a place where promises are made but not kept, and where cleanliness, privacy, and the security of personal belongings are not prioritized. Be very
