Tsilivi Beach Hotel

The pools were beautiful and the beach was breathtaking. I was disappointed with the lack of air conditioning in the public areas (including dining room and gym). It was so hot, it was difficult to enjoy your meal. The food was average, enough to choose from, but not much variety from day to day.

Az egyik szállodai szoba, dohos , büdös, a három személy helyet alig 2 személyes volt, ott tartózkodásra alkalmatlan . A másik szobában a Klima meleget fújt, innen is költözni kellett. Wi-fi nagyon gyenge, a mini bár üres még vízzel sem töltik fel, víz csak napközben automatából van , ételek íztelen, egyhangú. Gyenge minőségű szálloda.

A szobák között óriási minőségbeli külömbség van az ár viszont ugyanaz,3 család ugyanaz a szoba foglalás és volt aki tágas és tiszta szobát kapott de volt aki nagyon kicsi és penészes ,dohos szagú szobát kapott ugyanazért az árért. Némi panasz után orvosolták a problémát. Gondot jelentett az is hogy a szállodához tartozó tengerparti napágyért fizetni kellett egy allinclusive szàllodában!!!

Rigtig lækkert hotel. God beliggenhed hvor det er nemt at gå til butikker, restauranter, busser mm. Utrolig venlig personale både i reception, restaurant, barer og rengøring. Stort udvalg af mad i all inclusive restaurant uanset om du ankommer tidligt eller sent. God rengøring og nye håndklæder dagligt. Stranden er super lækker med fin sandbund. Dog skal man lidt langt ud førend man er helt under vand, men med sådan en fin strand er det vist et meget lille problem. Kan klart give mine bedste anbefalinger til dette hotel hvis man skal til Zakynthos.

Great beach and pool. But the biggest issue was people put down their towel to save their spots early and if you go to beach or pool area around 9am, no place to sit/lay down. It’s ridiculous! Beach is nice but again, no place to relax

Terrible experience from the rude staff that discouraged us from exploring the island or the front desk lady that was pushy. Our room was outdated and moldy smelling. By the end of our stay we both were exhausted congested and our clean clothes stunk. The rooms look nothing like the photos. The buffet was disgusting. If you didn’t get to the buffet right when it opened you would miss getting things like fresh fruit. The town was walking distance from the hotel and were we able to get food, shop and coordinate all excursions. We will not recommend or return to this hotel. No stars.

We had a really nice stay at this Hotel. We were delighted with our upgrade to a sea view room, which was lovely with all you needed. Good bathroom, comfortable beds, modern furnishings and a smart TV. The hotel itself was modern, with two nice pools and good comfortable sun beds. With the pool deck bar, it was easy to spend a day in the sun. We were there early in the season and had a quiet relaxed holiday. The food could have been better and warmer, but there was always something nice to eat and a great selection of salads. The food could have been labelled to help selection. Sweets and cakes were very good. The staff were helpful and couldn't do enough to help with any questions, particularly the guest relations manager. (We left behind a jacket on leaving and it was easily located and retrieved.) The room was regularly cleaned and we were well looked after during our stay. The hotel is located on the beach slightly away (10 minute walk), from the main road restaurants, bars and shops

Location was great, hotel was pretty. We had a sea view right at the front of the hotel which was perfect for watching sun rises from our balcony. I will say there weren’t lots of options for vegetarians (many of the salads and slaws even had meat in!) and it was pretty tedious having to ask what the meals were all the time because they were almost never labelled!
