1) Rezeption: schneller Check-in/Check-out, 2 Anliegen (Umstecker, Tiefkühlelemente) sofort umgesetzt. 2) Zimmer: viel Platz, grosse Dusche!!, klassisch/mordern, warm mit Holzelementen, sauber 3) Pool etc: schön/hell, sauber, vielseitig (Sauna, Dampfbad, Sprudel- und Schwimmbad, Ruhezonen innen/aussen 4) Küche: modern/farbig und doch bodenständig, vielseitig und top abgeschmeckt, grosses Frühstücksbuffet 5) Service: schon lange kein so gutes "Verkaufsgespräch" geführt (Elisabeth), sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und kompetente Lösungen der Chef-de-Service
