Rivage Hôtel & Spa Annecy

Modern spacious hotel rooms at a perfect location by the lake and quite close to the old city center. The hotel bar closed too early (11pm) but otherwise the service was up to standard. The hotel restaurant was of good quality and the breakfast served perfect pain au chocolat. The only downside was the unnecessarily loud pling from the elevator that penetrated into the rooms.

Liked this hotel, great location on the lake, modern, comfortable, clean rooms. Excellent restaurant for dinner with great service, spa and pool area very good, the relaxing massage lived up to its name!

Imødekommende og engageret modtagelse i receptionen. Tilbud om opladning af bil uden beregning. Rummeligt værelse i flot stil med fin terassse og udsigt til både sø og bjerge. Rolige omgivelser med 20 min gåtur til centrum. God mulighed for badning i søen på den anden side af vejen, og hyggeligt lokalt Beach miljø. Kan anbefales!

Very sharp design, rooms are spacious and well laid out. About 2km from old town, but pleasant walk. Restaurant staff are very poorly trained. Will walk right by you as you wave your arms and not make eye contact. We ditched our last night reservation because we were so tired of the poor service.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rivage Hotel. The rooms are exceptionally nice and ell decorated. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The facilities spa, pool bar and outside space were all brilliant, we’re looking forward to returning soon.

We loved our stay. Room was beautiful, staff were excellent. The only criticisms are that the chairs on the terrace were uncomfortable so we didn’t sit out The breakfast buffet was very good apart from the hot buffet. Nothing in the hot buffet was suitable for vegans.

The pictures really don’t do this hotel justice. We were pleasantly surprised when we turned up. The hotel was of an excellent (and very clean) standard. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel très agréable et extrêmement bien situé face au lac. Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner, il pourrait y avoir un service a table au moins pour les boissons et non des distributeurs comme sur les aires d’autoroute. Étant donné le prix et le standing ce serait agréable, penser au moins à mettre des théières puisqu’il y a du thé en vrac de qualité. Il s’agit tout de même d’un hotel plutôt onéreux.
