"Annecy sept 25"

No information on where to go or recommendations of what to do or map provided on arrival at 10pm . Use an uber app as the taxi from station to the hotel charged us double. Used tourist information the following morning. Breakfast very expensive. Room to side of hotel overlooked school so could be noisy. TV very hit and miss as to whether it worked.location great for lake and water sports but poor for restaurants. E bike tour of lake worth doing and can be hired from hitel direct.

De passage 1 journée et 1 nuit : tout était parfait : la chambre , le spa , le restaurant Lona , l’accueil,… nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation et nous allons recommander l’hôtel à notre entourage. L’emplacement est également idéal: 20 min de marche le long du lac pour arriver à la vieille ville .

"chambre avec vue lac normalement "

tres belle hotel et belle chambre mais un peu déçus car nous avons pris exprès une chambre avec une vue lac en étage supérieur et nous n avons pas vu le lac à cause des arbres et cela serait bien de le stipuler les chambres vue lac sont assez cheres mais nous n avions pas a ce prix le petit déjeuner compris et pour le parking on nous a fait payer 50 euros pour 2 nuits alors que c était stipulé uniquement pour le parking couvert bref tres cher les prestations rajoutées …. et par principe au prix de la chambre nous n avons pas rajouté le petit déjeuner bref un peu deçus

"Très bel hôtel"

La chambre était propre et confortable, le personnel est souriant et poli. L'espace bien-être est joli mais il fait froid ce qui est un peu dommage. Le restaurant est excellent (dîner et petit déjeuner). On y a passé une nuit au calme.
