Location is great. Staff is excellent.

Excelente hotel, bien ubicado frente al lago, ideal para hacer caminatas a la montaña, opciones para alquilar bicicletas o reservar actividades directamente en la recepción, el hotel está en excelente estado, la zona acuática super completa, todo funcionaba y estaba muy limpio. La habitación muy cómoda, limpio y en excelente estado. El personal de la recepción muy atento aunque podrían haber sido un poco más previsivos ya que fue un fin de semana muy concurrido con la fiesta del lago y no hubo ni no una indicación acerca de los cierres de la calle, fue difícil ir al centro en taxi. El desayuno delicioso y super variado. En general super recomendado si pasan por Annecy y quieren quedarse cerca al lago.

Un magnifique hôtel quasiment neuf Une équipe exceptionnelle qui fait tout pour vous faire le séjour agréable cela commence à la réception avec un jeune garçon blond très avenant cela continue au spa nuxe je n ai jamais aussi été bien massé. Direction le restaurant des serveurs extraordinaire qui ont le sourire et vous conseillent Bref un séjour très réussi j ai hâte de revenir

Beautiful modern hotel and spa. Our room was a generous size and the balcony had a great view of both mountain and lake. Very helpful staff who arranged bike hire and spa treatments. Close to a big grassy beach. A good half hour walk to the old town, so evening restaurant choices are more limited, but there are some closer ones nonetheless, as well as one (Lona) in the hotel.

I arrived 3hrs early, my room was ready. Very helpful and professional… A small issue occurred, the reception team and manager resolved it straight away.

We stayed for 8 nights with two Prestige rooms. Loved the hotel look, layout and our quiet bedrooms with balcony. The rooms were a highlight for us - there was some peeling paint around the shower head and mixed opinions on the comfort of the balcony chairs but neither detracted from our 5* enjoyment. A special mention to the cleaning staff and to the ladies who work in the bar. We also hired bikes for 1/2 day (very good value) and had one massage (OK value). For such a long stay we opted to park our car free off-site behind the hotel (research needed), and visited Pan et Gato and Carrefour behind hotel for basic food items. We were put off using hotel restaurant by some mixed reviews around service so cannot comment on that. The walk to the main town sometimes felt long so we used a bus along the road behind the hotel for some journeys at hottest part of the day.
