Stunning location, clean and friendly staff

The room was spacious and comfortable. Aleksandra and Rosie were prompt and responsive. The apartment was about 10-15 mins walk to Rovinj Old Town, and the view along the street just outside the apartment was great. The air conditioner was a huge lifesaver in summer!

There wasn’t much of a seaview from my room because the street blocked it, as I was on the ground floor, although one can say I had a huge balcony (walkway). Hot water was also limited when showering.

There is no reception, so you have to arrange check in ahead of time. We failed to do this, but Rosa was very helpful. The unit was just right for our stay. Equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom. Great AC, grocery store very close by, lots of dining options and tour operators in the area.

Close to the old city. Available fee parking on the property

Cigarettes smoke could be smelled in the room from people smoking at the building lobby
