Rooms and Studios Villa Rossella 2

Great location. It was clean, and not warm due to the thick walls and air conditioning.

There was no window on our apartment, only the door. It was sold as sea view, but it’s was rather a street view and a building and you could partially see the see if you were in front of the apartment, not from it. We could hear every step from the apartment above us.

Wonderful location super central but still quiet and peaceful at night. Hosts/staff were responsive meeting us with keys and answering questions. Air conditioning in both rooms! Didn’t even know a kitchen/sitting room was included in our booking, amazing space for the price.

No coffee, no oil/salt/pepper for cooking, no shampoo or conditioner. Ran out of TP and hand soap the first night so bought more at supermarket bc didn’t want to bother the staff late as there is no one on-site.

The location of the apartment is amazing. Its very close to the beach and walkable distance to the city. There is also a supermarket 10meters away and a bunch of coffee shops and restaurants. We very much recommend.

The location was near to most bars and restaurants as well as near the marina for a nice walk after dinner. It is also quite near the old town which is about 10-15mins walks to reach. The place is also fairly near the beaches (for about 15-20mins) if you want a quieter and less rocky beach. The host was really warm and friendly.

As mentioned in the description, there are options to park nearby but most are paid parking. The free parking is about 10-15mins walk away as expected.

Everything was perfect, the room and the location.

In the early morning, there was some construction noise coming from outside, which made it really hard to sleep.

Coffee machine needs examining. Didn't work properly with the pods provided.

We had 3 adults in our room, rhe single bed was a bit small for an average size adult.

We spent 5 days at Villa Rossella 2 Eufemia studio. The location of the house is unique and wonderful, we had a window directly overlooking the harbour. In front of us 10 meters from the sea, within a few meters 3 restaurants and a supermarket. The studio was on the first floor. The rooms are clean and in excellent condition. The kitchen is fully equipped, air conditioning works. We had a dog, also with is - well accepted. We could keep the car in the closed courtyard. This is a big word in Rovinj where there is a fight for every parking space. There was good and friendly communication with the host and also with Rovinj Advisor.
