Great location, beautifully and sympathetically renovated building. Large bedroom would have benefited from a bath and luggage storage storage. Service in the outdoor cafeteria was slow, when when quiet and no food served at lunchtime. Outdoor seating was uncomfortable and nowhere to sit and relax. Main restaurant dinner was very pleasant.

"Amazing location"

Great location next to the Avila wall! Good service and the room are spacious and very clean. Everything is walking distance and you have plenty of options to eat. The hotel have available parking next to the hotel. At night you see the whole wall iluminated!

Great hotel, fantastic staff, bar area patio & restaurant all excellent. Room clean lovely bathroom great bed .Really enjoyed my stay here. 5 stars not enough.

It's a decent hotel in a convenient location. However the pictures of the room we've seen in Expedia were not of the room we were given. While the building is an old one, it is completely redone inside so the rooms are just regular hotel rooms. At least our was. So I felt a bit cheated expecting a room shown on the pictures. Parking is limited. We got the last spot. You need to reserve your spot in advance to guarantee it. But overall it was a good stay.

"Almost excellent "

The hotel receptionists at check-in and check out were both wonderful and very helpful. The hotel is very beautiful and the rooms spacious. Unfortunately we had a poor experience in the outdoor bar in the evening where a waiter was incredibly rude when we attempted to order which left a sour taste.
