The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and also very helpful. The chocolate hour also adds a nice touch and makes staying at the hotel a lot more attractive. The bed was super comfortable, standard room size. Being so close to the train station is very helpful, also close to food places made life easy.

Chocolate hour could do with a chocolate fountain, haha, other than that the hotel is perfect.

The actual room was fine. Nothing special but clean and decent. The gym was ok, pretty standard. It felt more like a serviced apartment than a hotel.

The location/area the hotel is in is not very desirable. The access to the SkyBus is great but the area is the gross part of Melbourne CBD. I wouldn't stay in this area again.

Close to southern cross station, nice cozy rooms, pool and other facilities were very good

There was no price list for the extra food and drinks. When calling reception. They said it should be there and when we told them it wasn’t they didn’t offer one for us to look at
