"Great location, suitable for short stay of one week to four weeks."

The location suited me, it was easy to get to, had a dedicated parking place, was reasonably quiet at night. It was completely suitable for my requirements for a stay of six weeks.

Very comfortable and good condition apartment. More quiet living area as what I needed, bit away from twin centre. Everything just right. Property manager is very nice and helpful. Thank you!

Just minor thing like the kitchen equipment is bit old and damaged. If can provide more proper equipment will be appreciated.

"Uncomfortable, inadequate - stay at a Premier Inn it's cheaper, cleaner, warmer and more comfortable"

Location and off-street private parking

Cold and unwelcoming, no hot water for 24hrs, mixer tap on shower fixed to Luke warm (too cold to shower), host unresponsive, promotional photos misleading, small TV screen propped against a wall, waste bin with no lid in living area, bedroom not properly cleaned, bedding not clean, 4ft double bed wedged against wall, unsuitable for 2 people, no WiFi, bare minimum kitchen utensils.

"Spacious apartment perfect for a short stay"

Perfect location for our purposes. Spacious apartment, all on one floor - no stairs. Private off street parking a big bonus.

A bit short on glasses.
