Raffles Udaipur

The stay was pleasant , we got a pool room upgraded during our stay but the generous staff as the property was not fully occupied . The restaurant staff named anand was helpful and attentive and the flute player named anand too was good too with his soothing music during the breakfast . The butler service communication could be little better as there was some miscommunication during our check out for car service ,as there was some delay in it. Rest all was amazing during the stay

Everything was impeccable! The most spectacular setting, warm attentive service and world class facilities. The view alone is worth the stay.

Food was exceptional, super courteous staff

This was a once in a lifetime experience. The level and quality of service from the time we were picked up at the airport to the time we were dropped off was unparalleled and exquisite. The property itself is wonderful and unique. It takes a boat ride to get there and we as guests have an option of taking a wooden boat (Environmentally conscious) vs a speed boat. We have the Raffles staff receiving us on land, escorting us to a reception area while our bags are tagged and loaded into a boat to be taken to the island property. We were provided refreshments and made really comfortable. We had staff escort us to the boat and accompanied us to the property. We were welcomed like royalty! They were handy with our camera/phone and so ready to take as many photographs as we needed to make our memories last forever. We took a short buggy ride from where we landed on the island to the actual resort. The lawns and the gardens were spectacular, well manicured and so impressive. We were welcomed in the resort by additional staff with a welcome drink and escorted to our room, where our check in took place. All in all what an experience. The room, the furniture, the beds, the decor, the attention to detail was mindblowing! My husband I stayed for 4 nights. The staff went above and beyond to make out stay memorable. Exceptional service!
