Although these points will not affect my score and neither a re -visit I feel for constructive feedback and improvement it’s needed.. prior to check in a link was sent stating it will ensure a smooth process and I will only need to fetch the room card hence I did do it successfully but check in was delayed and errors made with my card where the wrong amounts were billed ( it was eventually corrected at check out). There were numerous power cuts during the stay hence the Tv / WiFi etc had constant interruptions. Possibly as there was a wedding there things were delayed ( I definitely request that more staff be added on these occasions as I have always experienced poor service at premium hotels when weddings were booked). The food was really tasty however I did get a chicken burger instead of the chickpea one and being vegetarian it was annoying However the chef did come through and apologised.. Also a cheeese masala dosa was ordered but a plain one arrived. These are small things that I simply overlooked but with Raffles it shouldn’t be.Also the staff sometimes don’t understand certain questions and I am not sure if this is because of the local language barrier or my accent 😅Enquiry into certain dishes and what they contain etc was fruitless and I ended up calling the concierge who explained it successfully!

The hotel was sublime, from the staff, to the decor, the food, the rooms. I think it has ruined every other hotel for me. We went here for the start of our honeymoon and the hotel staff could not do more. The butler HP was an absolute super star. Thankk you so much for making the noght so memorable

You need a PhD in engineering to work out how to use the lights hahaha

Great place seprate far from city enjoyed

There was no buffet in Dinner just choose what you want to eat...after paying so handsome it was choose from al la carte not worth really paying half board and we get this after hafty pay...kids was like NO BUFFET 😢 They charge for High Tea "Funny"
